Hello, all! Welcome to round 1, match 2 in Bulldog Classic Tournament 2024, established by @Marks1420. Contestants are @Puzzles (formerly Pootzies, formerly Player4Speed) and @ComradM.

White: Puzzles

Black: ComradM

Rules of Bulldog Correspondence apply to this match.

Outcome of match will be reported back to @Martin0, @VM_LeaderAbhyudaya or @Puzzles for rating adjustments.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I will typically render diagrams after 1 pair of moves (1 black move, 1 white move); though, as many as 2 pairs of moves (black-white-black-whitr move) can be made without a diagram. After that, please call "Waiting for Board" or "WFB".
Diagrams will reflect a pair of moves at a time.
Diagrams will be rendered from the perspective of White (@Puzzles's view). Though, secondary diagrams from Black's (@ComradM's) perspective will also be provided.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The match will officially begin, once @Puzzles makes a move. Best of luck to both contestants! =)

@ComradM, @Puzzles has announced to me the need to take 3 additional days for vacation. Please stay tuned, as he/she has right now 6 days to make a move, before TW. happy.png

Of course, if @Puzzles is still around, hopefully he/she can make just one more move before departing.

Just as a light reminder, these main-view diagrams (rendered from White's perspective) are completely clickable links! This will redirect you to the image page directly, where the background of the board diagram should be White (depending on the browser you use; I think in Google Chrome it's still Black; just like their diagrams embedded into this thread). The White will make these diagram boards lighter in color, because in this match, I'm using a board that is transparent; thus making the Black pieces easier to read, when set against a White background.

Of course, if the coloration becomes too difficult and fussy for the diagrams to be readable, you can always request me to change themes. I'm willing to accomodate there too.
