Aw, @Rook_Handler... I wish you would have played on! You weren't down that many pieces. Simply a pawn and a Guard. (That's about the equivalent of 3.5 pawns; 1+2.5).

Of course, I haven't checked position yet; neither have I observed and 'analyzed' previous moves, which typically is a psychological factor in a person's draw request or resignation. But, from a quick casual glance, you still look like you had some fighting chance! Your opponent only looks to be at an ever slight advantage.

He captured Qxc7 which loses a rook to Qxe6+… I think that’s why he resigned
