You played with a cheater and you lost the match against them, but since they got banned, Chess.com sent you a refund to the points. It should appear in your inbox though.
also I've never seen someone complain about their rating increasing lol

I think a person just trying to be honest, I would probably post the same if I didn't know
Yesterday I just got my bullet rating to 1000 then I checked and now it’s 1008 and I played no games and did nothing that would have gotten me elo does anyone know what happened?
