Please give me some advise and how to make the members not feel bored and leave.

Make forum games, be active in notes, invite active new members, keep an open promotion policy.

Growth doesn’t always mean numbers. A club grows when its members feel that they belong — when discussions have rhythm, tournaments have meaning, and silence isn’t mistaken for absence. You can fill a room in one day, but it takes patience to create a place where people actually stay.

Above all: ideas, ideas, ideas. Without them, a club is just an empty hall with a name on the door.

N-G 2000, I would first suggest you are spread way to thin with 200 clubs. You can't possibly give the attention to your club that it needs. Drop 175 current clubs and assign an SA or Admin you trust to take over membership of your club.

You do NOT need that few clubs. I am in like 75 and can still focus on mine.
