What you need to do is to do more puzzles, as well as practicing the three parts of the game: Opening, Middlegame, and then Endgame. To practice this, you can go to puzzles and customize them to show different parts of the game, and can help you improve through seeing tactics and executing them. You can also discover more openings and their responses. Hope you can improve!
Can begginers gain rating above 100 ? How can we do that .

Each move see that you king is safe then see if you can check their king look for captures and threats (what did they move last did he stop protecting a piece that you can capture is the piece a threat see if it is trying to attack you. Is there a piece it freed up that is a threat(a Discovered attack) then see if you can capture or threaten a piece. Do not get so involved with your plan that you fail to watch for King Safety, Checks on their king, captures, and threats. Always SEE their last move why did they make it where are they going did they hang a piece they were protecting did they free a piece to attack?

It seems like you just aren't playing enough games. If you don't play more rapid, you won't gain rating in rapid. And as a beginner you really do want to be playing longer times where you can think and get used to the flow of the game (so not bullet). And remember, at your level it's all about taking your opponent's pieces and not letting him take your pieces. For more info, see my PSA for beginners.
