Can I participate in Titled Tuesday?

Titled Tuesday is for the ones who have a title. Right?
I am ACM (Arena candidate master, a title that you earn on chessarena, an official fide site) Doesn't this count as a title? It's official.
I would really like if i could play in the titled Tuesday.
