Can not upgrade
That is correct! I did not think about that. I checked your payment profile and it seems that you have a recurring subscription. I tried, a few minutes ago, to upgrade my account. When I try to pay I get this message as seen in the screenshot, "no reason phrase" I already cleared all cookies on my computer with no result. Today is the last day of my premium account and I would like to have it for another period of time. I thougt it might has to do with my participation in chess.com Beta.
