Well, I wouldn't play that way in the opening, because you sac a pawn for very dubious compensation.
After that it get's extremely messy with you having the better end. However, I would start searching for an improvement in the earlier stage of the game, for example 2.c4, fighting for the centre or 2.d4, with a transposition to the Queen's Pawn Openings.

- Play More solid openings
- Look to develop Quickly. At lower ratings, I feel personally that initiative should be weighed higher than material.
- Learn to find weaknesses in opponents position. Good job trying to kick the Queen and try to trap it.
- Lastly, I don't see any good example in this game, but Checks Captures and Threats after every move will easily get you to 1200.
