On behalf of Kent Checkmates, many thanks Richard, Sean and the other admins for your work in managing all the CCCUK&I competitions. I'd like to pay tribute to all our opponents in Division 1, and particularly Lanarkshire who pushed us very hard in both our league and cup matches. I salute all the Kent players who appeared in any of our matches, and must thank our recruitment team (Anna - @Libragirl94 and Andy - @Taurusmale67) for bringing in the players to enable our challenge this season.

Mark, On behalf of Dad (@Taurusmale67) and I we thank you for your kind words and we won't rest on our laurels. Players will be added to compete next season. We are the best team in the league in my opinion.
Well it looks like we have all our champions in all Divisions confirmed. I would like to thank all the admins and players from all participating teams for making this year's league the most competitive ever. Kent are crowned as Champions in Division 1 after winning the epic 48 board match with Lanarkshire. Kent have also done the double over Lanarkshire by reaching the Cup Final with Inverness. Hard luck Lanarkshire but massive congratulations to Kent Checkmates on a fantastic Season for them.
In the other divisions it was a 100% record of wins in every Division. Many congratulations to: Tayside Fife & Stirlingshire (Division 2); Channel Islands (Division 3); Inverness CC (Division 4); Cefn Gwlad Cymru (Division 5). All League Tables & Results can be found by following this CC24 LINK.
Participation in matches in all Divisions was fantastic, with the Kent Lanarkshire clash fielding 48 boards. @Tricky_Dicky has produced the following stats for all teams. We are looking very healthy indeed. Roll on CC25!
