CCC 12 was years ago, but that kind of information is accessible for the current event via the !format command, and for past or future events via the tournament director's blog (currently Andrew Grant "Ethereal") or the various informational tabs on the CCC site when an old event is selected. If any of that breaks during migration, you can check out !database in CCC chat.
