Challenging teams using strict parameters

In one tournament with strict parameters it seems that all challenges wont go through, however other challenges with less strict parameters do go through, now i have rigidly checked that the parameters are correct before submitting the challenge, i am using android on both smartphone and tablet, i am beginning to think that there may be a compatibility problem between android and beta, could this be a cause

Can you list the parameters? Would be really helpful for me to be able to test them. 

CCT S1 L2 R7, 30+ players, minimum games 10, start date 20/7/019, description, this tournament has been organised by the Club Chess Tour 

That should say start date 20/7/2019
