Chat Bug?

sometimes when i try to use the new chat feature it doesn't show the messages.

but later when i access the chat it shows them/

No idea what “new” chat feature u r talking about

I can message w/ people perfectly fine.

Do you mean that you have an alert for a chat, you click it, and there is nothing there? Or what exactly is happening?
