This cheater got banned in the middle of a bullet tournament. I believe he should be removed, as he was banned.

They don't get removed. They only get banned and points are refunded, but otherwise nothing is done.

That's interesting: Have seen this in other live tournaments as well. In some cases FPV closures are shown at the bottom of the list, in other cases they remain in the list, can win medals and in Multi Club Arenas their results are counted for their clubs.

There is surely an important reason for this difference and it would be great getting some explications from Chess.com.

They should remove him.

The account couldn't have been closed in the middle of the tournament if they played all the games.

That said, tournament results don't get modified after the fact and if an account is closed during the event it usually mark then as withdrawn and put towards the bottom of the standings.

@Martin_Stahl: Perhaps you remember my example from a Multi Club Arena on December 3:

.

.

Screenshots have been taken before the end of this Arena: https://www.chess.com/tournament/live/arena/one-world-league-peace-for-ukraine-3044581

Would be really great to get some concrete explications to understand the shown difference after FPV closures.

I believe Arenas are different as they don't have a withdraw mechanism, so it just shows players where their score places them.

@Martin_Stahl: In Multi Club Arenas there are two different ways how results are handled by Chess.com after FPV closures during the Arena:

For the first player in my example, @Jeremiah0, results continued being counted for the player and for their club. They can't continue playing while staying in the ranking as if their account would not have been closed.

For the second player in my example, @JACE_IS_BACK01, Chess.com placed the player on the bottom of the ranking and didn't count any longer their result for their club.

That's a bit difficult to understand (and even more difficult to explain to players and clubs): Perhaps you can ask someone who knows something about this decision and its reason.
