Yikes. This is a good question, but sure to be locked down very soon.
Cheating in tournaments

That's up to chess.com I guess. I was informed that a player violated the fair use policy and I was awarded points. He was the only one I lost to and he had a 99% + on all his games in that tournament.

This club follows the same rules as the site, discussions of cheating or potential cheating are not allowed and publicly naming such members are not allowed either.
If a player is closed for FPV then you will be refunded your rating (if it was a recent game) but they do not change the results of any tournaments or the distribution of virtual medals. If you look through your archives, a player was closed from a game on 8/3/20 and that is where your rating refund would have come from.
If a player [public accusations not allowed -- MS] has been flagged for cheating in a tournament and they won the tournament, do they still retain the gold medal for that tournament? I'm asking because I went 4/5 only losing to a [removed -- MS] who was flagged for cheating. This is a 15/10 that i played today not a uscf member club tournament. I'm just curious.
