apparently, there's people who have turned vacation mode, and they didn't lose of timeout, and people can't claim the victory.

You should ask in improver club and it's a no vacation tournament

there's like 1000 who have the same issues and no one to fix it.

I'm also participating in the Daily Chess Championship and I just noticed that for 10 of my games which have timed out, and have been timed out for many hours now, that even though I have auto-claim win turned on, if I go into each of the individual games that have timed out, I'm given the option to individually claim the win game by game. I know auto-claim win has worked before prior to me signing up for the beta version. Is it possible that the beta version inhibits the use of auto-claim win, either globally, or perhaps for tournaments only? So far I've manually claimed the win on 2 of the 10 timed-out games.

Beta shouldn't have any impact.

I've seen some additional reports. I have reached out to staff but if you're on web, you should be able to manually claim the games.

There's already 182256 timeouts in this tournament. Looks like another backlog.
