chess com unexpected payload exception problem

When I log in to my Google account there was a error coming like this chess com unexpected payload exception please some one can help me

This version and i tried many times by uninstalling and reinstalling

Only this account i cannot login but my other account can log by the chess.com app

That's a pretty old version of the app.

What i can do

But i can log to app by my other account

You might try clearing the app cache. If that doesn't help, clear the app data. ; though this will wipe app specific settings and those will need reconfigured.

im on laptop it does not work on laptop maybe try again on laptop
