Here it is saying pawn to g4 is a miss because I lose the pawn, but if Knight takes on g3 its Checkmate, so how is it a miss??

it's always a good idea to click the "Show Moves" button whenever you're confused about a position rather than reporting it in this club as if it were a bug. In this case as @LuckyOSMN stated, black can play the move d5 first, which blocks the checkmate and attacks your queen while the g4 pawn is still being attacked by the knight. However, it is a miss rather than a blunder or mistake because the best move, Qd3, attacks the pawn on e5 and gives you a winning position.

Analysis is very rarely going to be wrong. In some very complex positions, engines may not understand what's going on but for the majority of things, it's not going to have an issue. At very low depths it could miss something also, but usually not by a large margin, but even at the lowest strength, that's not going to be really common.

because of Qh4

you lose a knight on h4, and black can push d5 and then win the g4 pawn. It is unlikely that stockfish will be wrong, espeically if a 200 tries and corrects it. Also, for the future, it's usually bad to push pawns in front of your king
