From that game, 5. Qd2 is a waste of a move. e5 is okay, I guess. After 7 b5, you can win the queen with Bb4. You have many chances to do that in this game. Your opponent was pretty weak and played poorly. Trading off gave you an advantage of being up a piece. You easily took advantage and won this game. That was a good pawn technique to elliminate the rook.
