Losing will happen no matter, at your level, I would suggest you to always ask what your opponent is threatening, and make sure to keep your king safe. You should always look for threats and capture as that is likely how you're going to win or lose the most of your games.

Just doing puzzle rush and building the habit of asking what your opponent is threatening. Before making a move, you should always ask how your opponent will respond in order to minimize blunders.

Before starting a playing session, I would consider setting a boundary line in case you tip. For example, if you start playing at 1400, you should stop playing if you're close to going under 1350. Just try not to play chess with emotions and only play when you're calm-headed.

Any tips on how to stay fit during OTB Tournaments? Like two weeks ago I had a 15|10 7 Rounds Swiss OTB Tournament. In the first round I defeated an 1700 FIDE rated guy. In the second round I was winning against a 2000 FIDE, but I resigned, while the position was close to equal. I overlooked that I can stop the pawn c2-c1 promotion. In the third round I drew an 1500 FIDE, but from then I started tilting and I lost to people who I have never lost before. I even hung my Queen in one of the games! I know in general these are good results, but I don't want to get out of form after 3 rounds. Any tips?

Hard to say as I would say everyone has their own ways. Although I would say just resting between rounds and to get good sleep. Playing good chess for a long time just comes with experience and you'll get better as you play more tournaments.

You are 1600 Blitz, I don't believe that you're 2200 FIDE.

Mainly puzzles and practice. Openings won't be too helpful but you should learn the basics.

It would be helpful to know the ideas in the opening, just make sure the memorize the ideas and not just the moves.
