I play a lot worse on a real board OTB how do I fix this (like 900 performance rating worse)
Just play chess and not let your nerves get in the way. You should try not to be too distracted during the game either and just be fully in the zone.

A lot of puzzles and always asking for what your opponent is threatening. Try to play moves only when they fit your plan and also study some opening ideas rather than just memorizing moves. It also helps to be solid at endgames so you can win some games late or draw some slightly worse positions.
