Registration is open for the 2024 season of the 960 World Cities League. In order to reduce problems with unresponsive teams to a minimum, we ask all teams for confirmation of their participation and for an update of their team representatives. Please confirm your participation in the 960 WCL 2024 by posting two team representatives in the thread below (and a link to the team homepage if your team is new to the 960 WCL). -- Observe:

Registration will remain open until March, 31st. We will try to accommodate teams that register after this date, but this cannot be warranted.
Team representatives need to be accessible for communication. In the settings, "Send and Receive Messages" must be set to "All members".
The allocation of teams to divisions below is preliminary (based on the live standings of February, 15th). The final composition of the divisions will be determined by the ranking and confirmation status at the cut-off on March, 31st.
Minimum team sizes are 15 (Div. 1), 11 (Div. 2), 8 (Div. 3), 5 (Div. 4). If you doubt whether your team can reach this size, withdrawal to a lower division might be an option.
The first round of the 960 WCL 2024 will be announced on April, 7th and start on April, 21st.
Rules will follow WCL rules. See Appendix E for specific 960 WCL rules.

Tayside Fife & Stirlingshire confirms participation playing as Perth (SCO) rather than Dundee as this has caused confusion with the chess.com local club side playing as Dundee City.
