Very nice, I've never played the King's Gambit, but I hear some people really like it
Honestly same, there are alot of helpful videos on YouTube about making middlegame plans, but there are some questions you can ask yourself:
What does my opponent want? If you can find something try to prevent it.
What is my worst placed piece? If you have one find a better square (For example re-routing a knight to an outpost square)
And what pawn breaks are there? If you can attack the base of your opponent's pawn chain go for it!
I've been losing a lot recently so I decided to learn some new stuff. I learned the Scandi and the King's Gambit. Both have been going well and I've been tricking some people, but I have been doing bad at the middle game. I'll have to study some middle game stuff.
