We've read through the dms (Chess.com, Discord and WhatsApp) that there are many users from South/North America who want to join the tournaments but they have difficulties because it's too early on Sundays.

The best hours to organise are from 4:00 PM (UTC) to 6:00 PM (UTC) because it coordinates with countries that are in the afternoon and the early evening in many continents.

The option with the most votes amongst these three choices will be the time we start playing games every Sunday.
The games will be unrated, so we can play relax about our ratings.
We will be announcing in our Discord server, Chess Club and WhatsApp (The last one is in Spanish) every Sunday.
The duration of these tournaments will be 50 minutes.

Remember that we're starting a poll so any comment that is not related to one of the three time options will be removed.
