Vote Chess is a form of play in which the moves with the most votes represent the team. These matches will always be played with a time control of two-days (48 hours) per move. due to power outages in some countries that can last for an entire day. For more information, click here. In our vote matches, there is one default judge, who will be the administrator @minhminh2211. However, additional judges may be designated for a match if needed. The judges will discuss the possible best moves in a position. Players and judges will begin voting once the decisions are made. There will always be more than one option to vote on, depending on the number of judges and the possible moves they can see on the board (unless the position clearly shows tactical themes or obvious checkmate patterns visible to all members). If a member votes prematurely, they will be disqualified from the match. If a player is suspected of using external assistance, they will also be disqualified. If you post a move within the #VoteChess threads on Discord server or WhatsApp group, your opinion will not be considered and will be deleted, as it will be regarded as external assistance. You must first join that Vote Chess match in order to comment. Players who insist on commenting moves without being joined to the Vote Chess match will be expelled from the club after the first warning. Goals of the year (2025) Organize the games with enough time for proper planning. Comply with Vote Chess rules, maintaining a constant flow of activity and avoiding overload for players and judges. Consolidate at least a winning percentage higher than the theoretical 75%. End the year with the 12 items complete, failing which, have more than 50% consolidated. Share your moves with explanations and don't forget that patience is the soul of a vote chess playerIf you can't wait for the discussion before voting, please don't participate in Vote Chess. Our judge The administrator in charge of this game mode. @minhminh2211 A) Judges will provide a list of the possible moves that have been discussed, and you can only vote for one of the moves on the list. B) Be mindful in openings: If you propose an unusual opening that most players don't typically play, you must take responsibility for guiding us through its ideas and concepts. Posting videos, links to studies, or books is allowed. c) If you're not sure how to write the continuation in your head, use the PGN tool (the chessboard icon above the note box). D) The judges, at their discretion, may issue a warning or ban any team member for violating a rule, depending on the severity of the infraction.E) If you notice a move or mistake suggested by another member, be courteous, respectful, and constructive in your feedback. F) @minhminh2211 can choose a judge based on their Elo or specific aspects they have observed in the user, such as their mastery of certain openings or defenses, tactical sharpness, pattern recognition, understanding of endgames, positional strategy skills, and ability to evaluate complex variations. Experience in deep analysis and making critical decisions during high-level games can also be taken into account.  Thanks for reading. Imagine your a 2000 FIDE player. You seriously need a coach as you want to become an IM. You got two options for coaches and took their trail coaching lessons. Based on your experience which coach would you take. Take this as a would you rather question, avoid any bias, imagine yourself and choose for yourself. Both options have their own pros and cons and reason for someone to choose them •A 2500 FIDE coach and GM. He has very enthusiastic communication, socially skilled with nice behavior. He has the ability to explain things related to chess in a more fluent, clear way. He also is adaptable to your learning •A 2800 FIDE coach and GM. He is not disrespectful, but not very communicative and socially good. He often takes time to explain things and sometimes gets confusing. He struggles to adapt according to you, mostly relying on his own journeys for your coaching.
I used to forget stuffs so letting everything noted helps me with money, dates, somebody's name, work, chess. Etc. What about you?
I was learning but had extra lessons and they clashed with each other so does anyone have know about this stuff.
Currently as young and someone not adult, its really swift learning new skills, mainly due to past experience in learning too, brain still under development and high neurolasticity. Currently I also am working on many things like chess, maths, computer science, poetry, languages, etc but despite these there are some others things which I may want to master as adult starter. Maybe something I got to know as adult and want to master it or something that for circumstances I don't know may happen I fail to master as adult. So my questions to anyone who has been adult starter learner who actually has worked to master till expert or slight dominant level on that thing not being satisfied with brief abilities in that. •How difficult is it to be an adult learner? •If you have been both adult learner and young learner, how different in difficulty and experience in what you started as young and what you started as young? •Have you reached any level as adult learner where you feel stuck? Even though not everything has elo, but still try to give it an elo equivalent of chess to give us a slight idea what level is that •How easy or difficult is that to find a trainer/coach who does not get loose or biased as an attempt to take advantage of the fact you are adult and that most adults get satisfied with very slight ability to do something unlike competitive spirits of young?

so yes I basically stole the half-baked idea from Heisuke-Kun sorry not sorry and there was no copyright law to be found there and it is not like I never done this before but this is mostly for the new members that need to know me even better XD so ask me anything but they must be meaningful questions not one+one or something terrible like that.
