Rules:

3.2 Once both admins of the two clubs have agreed on the parameters of the campaign one of the admins will send a challenge to the other team. (See 3.13)

3.3 information needed in the confirmation thread is: Match link, Attacking region, defending region and the funding information for both sides (See #11)

This claim violates rule #3.2, as the admins did not agree on the team. Nor was the attack registered in the registration forum. Therefore, @hungthainguyen's claim is invalid.
