Clock kept ticking even after I made move (I lost because only had 1 min in a 3 min game)

In this game (https://www.chess.com/live/game/3640614068) It would not let me move (I was on android mobile) when I moved, the pawn would move but my clock wouldn't stop. after I lost 2 minutes I tried switching to the chrome app on my phone and it let me play there, but It was too late, as I had already lost 2 minutes of time (my opponent had a 3-1 time odds advantage) and I lost 13 rating points from this! I have a video of it too! (sorry about the background noise and the ugly tablecloth)

for a work around I just hit  F5 or refresh makes you move again basically just didn't register the move.  Thought this would help until they fix this. If you come across it again

but this was on mobile, I couldn't refresh

pull/or drag the screen down to refresh or press play again/or press home then back to play. it shows up to the other person you disconnected but you can rejoin

tried that and it didn't work
