I think we need an great admim an admim that can ................

I think maybe the admim's rating is like 1600-1900 ?

or maybe 1900-2100?

The higher rating,the better. becasuse.....................

Then his or hers fans or  friends might realize he or she had join the club and they might join the club too. just like we use him or her as a bite that attacts pepole to come.

We have a NM coordinator

but he does not play daily, we need a GM
