The old club workflow will automatically fill in a matching name when challenging another club. This is helpful because most of the time, club admins want the match name to be "Club A vs Club B". The new design makes naming your matches more work, especially if you want it to be as simple as the above example.
I simply suggest going back to the old workflow for match names.
Old Workflow
As an admin for Club A, challenge Club B to a team match
Note the "Match Name" field auto-populates to "Club A vs Club B"
New Workflow
As an admin for Club A, challenge Club B to a team match
Note the "Match Name" field does not auto-populate
Reasoning
The old workflow saves the initiating admin some time, especially if it is just a friendly match. If you look at a list of existing match names, you will likely find a good majority of them are left as what was auto-populated.
