1. Do not spam in chat, forum topics, etc - any communication area.
2. Do not be disrespectful or hurtfulto others.
3.Do not advertise / promote anything (mostly advertising clubs).
4. Do notcurse / swear (hell, heck and damn are acceptable but not anything else.)
5.Do not purposefully play bad moves in vote chess, for example, for sabotage (especially if you are in this club and the other club we are playing against.)

warnings are given to you if you violate the official club rules
1. A verbal warningtelling you what you have done wrong. Your 1st warning - I hope if anyone gets their first they won't get a second. As that one German saying goes, 'einmal ist keinmal, aber zweimal ist einmal zu viel' - if you don't know, it means one time is forgivable but two times is one too much, referring to making mistakes.
2.Muted forone hour. Honestly, if you reach this, you're probably not doing much harm. You likely just didn't know the rules very well. Honestly, it isn't even bad, you're just a bit of a hassle.
3.Muted for five hours. Either you have reached this because you don't know the club rules well or you just want to get attention. This basically just means you can't get promoted any more, which is a bit sad.
4. Muted for a day. I don't really know why anyone would want or need to reach this sort of level, as it only just puts damage on your position in the club. No more privileges if you have any and you're just a bit of a liability.
5.Muted for a week. This is one step away from a ban, so you'll not exactly be on the good list of members. You'll also by now have been stripped of your coordinator, admin or super admin privileges if you have any.
6.Permanent ban from the club. We want to make sure no one ever, ever, EVER gets to this level in the club warning system. You'll never be able to join the club ever again and you will be blocked by all of the privileged members of the club. At this point you're basically a threat to our community.
If you are a member with privileges (coordinator, admin, super admin) and reach level 4 or 5 in the warning system (muted for one day and one week respectively), after the mute has ended, your privileges will be removed and you will be unable to gain them back.
If what you have done is exceptionally awful or something not on the club rules but that is frankly unacceptable we might ban you even if you have not got the sufficient number of warnings. No one should ever reach such an awful level however.
