I've been playing the Caro for at least a year now. Maybe try 3.e5 against 3.f3. There's a course on chessly that covers this. Just apply for the free trial.

Do any coaches have any good suggestions for an endgame book so I can learn about that? I only have enough money and time to do a book

I am looking to maybe get some 1on1 coaching here soon. I am struggling to figure how to study to be able to fix my issues at the moment. I am doing AimChess, puzzles, reviewing my games etc. it just feels like I am not implementing the things I learn and keep making the same mistakes. Pretty low elo. My big goal is to get to 1000 Rapid eventually.

If you're 600 rapid, a coach is completely unnecessary. Simply learn concepts by yourself through youtube or free online tools

I need some good openings for white and black. This would really help because I only really play the Italian Game, Ruy Lopez, and King's Indian Defense.
