This is the base for an stompy/aggro Rakdos deck. Unlike many Rakdos decks, it has almost nothing around sacrificing permanents and instead it is focused on using its commander to bring out big beasties quickly.
The Creaturebase
The creaturebase for this deck mostly consists of large stompy creatures meant to overrun your opponents. Because of the commander, we can get these creatures out quickly and cheaply. I tried to avoid cards with high devotion because Rakdos only affects the colorless mana price. The remainder of the creatures are small cheap creatures like Plague Spitter and Hammer Mage(who also doubles as artifact removal) to deal a small damage to opponents so we can play our commander turn 4.
Admittedly, it's a bit mean to run Blightsteel and Kozi, but I feel like I deserve to cheese somebody after getting annihilated repeatedly with other decks.
The Spells
The only spells this deck runs are Twilight's Call and Living Death, which both have similar effects to revive graveyards.
The Artifacts
This deck runs a surprising amount of artifacts, most of which is ramp. There is also Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots to protect your commander and/or your beasties. In addition I run Staff of Nin in this deck for the chip(so I can play the commander) and draw. The last artifact in here is Vedalken Orrery to pull huge blockers out of nowhere.
The Enchantments
The enchantments in this deck cause a lot of physical pain to slower decks. Five of them give creatures haste or unblockable, which really helps in this deck. Pestilence and Pyrohemia can act as removal and let you play your commander more easily. Warstorm Surge and Pandemonium can really do a lot of damage to your opponents
The Manabase
The only thing I can say about this(besides the fact that it isn't cheap) is that you should play Hall of The Bandit Lord later in the game to give cards like Blightsteel haste while not wasting one of your early land drops.
Budget Options
Fine, this deck is a bit expensive. It has gone down with the crash of the magic market, but it still costs a chunk of money. ($425 at the time of writing)
Step 1: Take out Blightsteel and replace it with Walking Ballista, take out Sneak Attack. ($375)
Step 2: The landbase needs to go. Take out Blackcleave Cliffs, Blood Crypt, Graven Cairns, and Hall of the Bandit Lord. ($325)
Step 3: Take out the eldrazi titans. ($270)
