if game drawn because of insufficient material...then in this case Black must have run out of time, but didn't lose. White has no material to win. Therefore draw.
Yes. Only time pressure can give white a draw here.

if I am not mistaken such a thing had happend to me .ask a staff to fix the bug !(if there is one !)
guys relax.. its a draw coz white has no time left to make white and white has no material to mate black.. so its drawn due to insufficient mating material...
