Conditional Moves

Conditional Moves suddenly quit working for me in a daily chess game. They were working fine and suddenly, after I make my opponent's move, it is kicking my queen back to a square that I want to put it at. I am not in check. I made sure that he didn't move and it is a legal move. Unless it is server lag, I can't explain it.

The starting position does not look like Ligit chess

It's a legit custom position and was working fine with conditional moves. I am beginning to think it was server lag because, it started working again.

All day yesterday I was unable to access Chess.com via the browser Safari.  I used Chrome, Opera, and Explorer and was successful in each case, but not while using Safari.  The browser seemed to be unresponsive I tried numerous times throughout the day but without success.  This morning it was a little sluggish but soon became very quick and responsive again.

I will make a suggestion gentlemen, I don't recommend a p!$$!ng contest in a forum that is created by staff, for official Chess.com purposes. Each time they have to come back, to read only nonsense, it wont bode well for you guys, once the final straw breaks the camel's back.
