A very low chance it can even detect the mis clicks, some seem so unusual that it looks like the user played the move with purpose

This. A mis-click could look just like a move or even a blunder. I don't think an algorithm could tell the difference.

You can even misplace a piece when playing OTB. It's part of chess, not just online chess.

Then that would make it more like a daily move and what if someone doesn't know about the feature then they would lose because they didn't know and because they loss on time.
