Can you give perhaps a link to the game?
It would be best if you could submit a but report as soon as that happens so we can investigate. We are able to capture a lot of extra data and help find the cause this way.

What is a 40 Gigabytes stable connection?
Is that your data limit per month?
What is the actual upload speed? (Not download, unless you are just watching videos.)

Hi there is no data limit. At this moment in time upload is 40.6 MBPS Jitter is 7MS and loss is 0%
As you can see it's a good connection. I have suffered disconnection
one game in three today well it tells me i have lost the connection even though we still have a full internet connection. Very frustrating and not good for my points. Thank you for taking an interest.
