Ah. Team Norfolk is already in existence for this purpose, so you might wish to join them to play your role. I would expect you to be very welcome.
county championships
Team Norfolk is in existance but all their admins have been very inactive for more than 7 months which is why I wish to submit my Norfolk group.
I see. Best to take the group over if possible, since there are several members. But of course that requires being able to communicate with the admins.
EDIT: Now I understand. Alex is the only admin, and he has gone AWOL. I am sure you could enter your group as a replacement (The man you want to speak to is Nytik
), but it would be good to contact all the members of the Team Norfolk group to explain.
I have invited everyone from the inactive Team Norfolk into my Norfolk team and explained the situation to them.
I have got an inactive person out of 5. But when I get all active people from their group, can I join the county championships?
Team Sussex had no Admins and was in limbo as the admins had gone and that is when you need to apply to the support to take over and put you in charge rather than start a new group, Team Sussex now has 2 admins and is running well
I contacted chess.com support and they said that I need a premium member to be super admin. So I gave them my friend's username because he is a premium member and he is in my group.
Could someone tell me how you can submit a group into the 2013 county championships?
