1. Do zombies attack other zombies?

2. Is there a way to make losing a royal piece to a zombie a loss instead of draw?

For the first question, they do, but only as a last resort (their only legal moves).

For the second question, I'm not too sure about the answer yet.

does this also apply for non-futer zombies?

For second question, what I’d do is make lots of material for non-immune zombies (immune zombies don’t count towards points!) so that the last player can get a lot of points for remaining material, though there are rare exceptions in which it fails.

https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/ncv-the-kalinga-war In here it is denied partly because losing the royal piece to a zombie is draw, and I also realized in Thermopyael it is a win for  green

You have to give a certain player starting points, i.e. in Thermopylae green has 14 starting points for example, and as such any draw is an automatic win for green.
