Yassinetn, is just making a statement and not directing it at anyone.  I don't see anything wrong.  Yassinetn is just frustrated and I certainly would not be offended if I was in the discussion with them.

He used profanity, but wasn't "cursing" some one.

There is a big difference.

This is cursing someone.

I don't see the need for profanity, at the same time if it was a closed croupe of friends that might be different. 
But to just use profanity towards anyone is totally unnecessary and I would recommend against allowing it. 

ALL garbage should not be allowed on the internet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Especially since there are minors and children here!!!!!!!!!!

1. Rule 34 of the internet.

2. Treat everyone as if they're 12 until proven otherwise (Kids will always curse away from their parents  because they just heard it and they think it is cool.)

3. If you got rid of all the garbage there would only be one website on the internet saying bring back the garbage.  I'll allow Dr Perry Cox to illustrate my point.

Summing up you can't defy human nature. If you don't like what you see or what you read just type /stop-chat problem solved
