Daily Chess Conditional Moves not working

However, the conditional for game  for game: https://www.chess.com/daily/game/170718868 did not trigger.

Before my opponent's move 10. e5 the conditionals where:

and after his move:

My bishop should have moved to e7.

My tally is now 1 for 5.

How long was it between the time you made your conditional moves and when he made his move?

The difference between the times of my posts so 19 hrs.

I had  a line that was supposed to trigger on move 23... Rf8 - which my opponent definitely had moved as you can see by checking the game. Here is the screenshot of the conditional line:

I am going to just editing my above post -same game- to add screenshots for the moves that do trigger. It is the same line and yes, I know it is a bad one. So far two moves in a row have not triggered.

I also forgot to take screenshots of after the move, but the two moves really did trigger. I have a third line currently, if it does not trigger, I will be sure to add an post-move screenshot as well.
