It was certainly broken for some time, but it does appear to be working now:

I see. Got a dev to take a look at this and know what is going on.
When there are updates to the leaderboards, our system has to recompile the entire leaderboard again, while that is happening it loads blank.
We have some ideas to improve that experience and will implement then asap!

Ours does not working either. Every time I go there it is a different list.
Currently even I am in the top 10 with my 20 points

Thanks for the update.
In our case it is loading, but shows wrong numbers and different numbers after a few hours. Sometimes the top player has 20 points, sometimes 300, sometimes more.
To me it seems like it cuts of the top X players randomly every time.

Understood. I am sorry for all the trouble. Aside from working on improving the current leaderboards, we are doing a complete overhaul of the infrastructure that powers them. Its quite a large project and will be several months before its finished but once done, they will be much more reliable. When the current leaderboards were built no one dreamed they would be trying to handle the volume of data that Chess.com currently has.
