Yes, and more specifically for those curious, PST is Pacific Standard Time and GMT is Greenwich Mean Time. There is also UTC (Coordinated Universal Time, or Temps Universel Coordonné), which was I guess made to be the standard and line up with GMT, but that is getting off topic and I'd have to read up on it anyway.

this happens everyday
the daily puzzle gets updated no more dailys come for 3 days, and then all the 3 days' + Today's puzzle gets updated, again stops for 3 days, again 4 puzzles gets updated, and again it stops for 3 days, and so on and so on and so on

It sounds like you're getting on before the puzzle is ready. I haven't seen any other similar topic, so if it keeps happening, try clearing your browser cache.
Today is Sunday but on this calendar it is still Saturday so i cannot do today’s puzzle.
