You don’t have to post links in WL. World League. They use that result site to pick up the name of the match. Only if there is a problem do you have to post anything.

Do we have to do anything here now?

There is the forum ; https://www.chess.com/it/clubs/forum/view/participating-teams-at-tcmac-and-their-representatives-rev , specifically to find the links and it has always been correct there, not I have an idea why it wasn't correct. It's useless to remember the mistakes of the past, now everything changes, in the sense that we have more experience.

Sorry was an example of how we will proceed, to avoid misunderstandings, errors and misunderstandings.

Still waiting for an answer with regards to comment #157. The GBE should have played Beautiful Romania in round one, we are happy to play that now if it helps resolve the problem.

The round 1 had possibly more than one issue, looking at it with a fresh eye. The pairings that were posted by the initial admin don't match the ones that were prepared. We will check all matches that have been played in all rounds to make sure no other pairings are problematic, and come back with a solution.

Will start with 3 boards but 3 of the 6 players on our opponents side are now over 1200. So will it be disallowed as it is. Only 3 players will get boards. Wanted to see a ruling before it actually starts so you can see it.

Well, we have discussed it privately in the administration with @Ximoon and @Libra_64 and we have decided that we consider the match valid. I believe that we have not implemented this rule within the TCMAC regulations and we believe that we should do so in the face of various situations that may occur in matches. Current status for the Decanus 2023-2024:

All round have been started, but some mistakes have been found in the planned pairings compared to the actual ones. Only a few mismatches can be reported, but the require corrective actions.

In group A:

The Great British Empire and Europe National Team have been paired twice, in rounds 1 & 4. Round 1 match has been won 8-6 by Europe National Team, round 4 match is still in progress and The Great British Empire has a technical win.

Here we'd like to ask the administrator of Europe National Team and The Great British Empire on the way they want to proceed. The proposed solution would be to have a 3rd match and consider it best of 3, or agree on a draw.

Team Elite National and Beautiful Romania have been paired twice, in rounds 1 & 2, but since Team Elite National has been disbanded there's no correction to make.

Two matches are missing: Europe National Team vs Team Elite National, irrelevant for the abovementioned reasons, and Beautiful Romania vs The Great British Empire. That last one need to be added.

In group B:

Ajedrez Alegria and 1 day per move Club have been paired twice, in rounds 1 & 2. Both matches (1, 2) have been won by Ajedrez Alegría, so no corrective action is needed.

Two matches are missing: Ajedrez Alegria vs Boris Spassky Chess Club, irrelevantas one team has withdrawn, and Asia National Team vs 1 day per move Club. That last one need to be added.

In group C:

Asian Chess Masters and France have been paired twice, in rounds 1 & 4. Both matches (1, 4) have been won by France, so no corrective action is needed.

Club de Ajedrez Maracena and Legio I Italica have been paired twice, in rounds 1 & 2. It seems no match was created in round 1, meaning we can consider only the one from round 4, so no correction is needed.

Two matches are missing and need to be played: Asian Chess Masters vs Club de Ajedrez Maracena and France vs Legio I Italica.

If all administrators involved agree, and provided an agreement is found for group A, we propose to start the registration of missing matches next Monday (29th of July) for a start on the 19th of August.

In which round did Beautiful Romania have to play The Great British Empire?

That was a mistake in pairing publishing. In theory, it was planned for Round 1, but the round published by the previous league director was not matching the planned one.
