I have tried contactng monroe fo almost 2 weeks, and no answer. We (CE) were ready last weekend (the time which me and monroe agreed in the beginning of December), but nobody from ET turned up. This Saturday 14 GMT is a very bad time for CE, as the most active member are from eastern Europe or Asia, where it's already evening, and we all would have to break the night to play. Thus I would like a different time. Even starting an hour or 2 earlier would be better for us.

Ok, it looks like CE and ET are both willing to play this coming Saturday (12/17), which is a HUGE first step. Kacper's only problem seems to be the time. His original request was 13:00. I know when he plays against other European admins he'll start as early as 10:00, but with Monroe being in the US, that would be "before the sun rises." He is now requesting a time "an hour or two earlier." One hour earlier would be 13:00 (his original request and the default start time). We know that Monroe won't agree to 2 hours earlier (12:00), but since Kacper never agreed to the 14:00 start time, he really can't be held to that either. Thus the start time will have to be the default of 13:00. Good Luck Everybody!!! Have Fun and Don't Time Out!!!
P.S. I am SOOO glad that you guys pushed me to set a default time in stone!!! That was a REALLY good call!! It has helped numerous times already this season, and we've only just begun.
13.00 is a good time I think , that's 2 AM New zealand time on 18 December 2011! I'll be there and see how long I can stay awake...but Kacpar being in Europe is it 1400h so he can be there for a long time! Is there a rule when to send the game? Like 1/2 hr before start or is that too short?
It's 15 my time :) So basically I would be able to stay just for the opening

Well i've sent him a message and Will has posted in their group notes so they are aware of the time change
I have just issued the challenge. I know that it's almost 2 hours before starting time, but considering their last forfeit and recent problems I decided to give them a bit more time to get organised and accept.
Even if he never got the memo about the time switching to 13:00, he still should have showed up to play at 14:00 (which would have been within the 1-hour grace period), and then at least we would have had a game.

I'm just happy that it's actually scheduled and we're not going to have another double forfeit. I was getting worried.
