We should decide on a couple of things real soon.  I think these are topics we need to discuss and vote on.

1.  Does majority votes pass a rule or do we have to wait for everyone´s vote.  This is kind of important because a match is about to start between the dolfans and the 49er´s and one of the dolfans is also a steeler,packer, and patriot.  The funny thing is that when we were setting up da Bears I invited him.  I guess he´s not a Bears fan. haha 

2.  Some of the team´s have more than 1 admin representing them(dolfans,bears).  Do we have 1 vote per admin or 1 vote per team.  I personally think that it shouldn´t matter how many admins there are in the hq.  The more we have the easier and it will be, but I think to avoid future problems maybe 1 team 1 vote. 

What do you guys think about these 2 things?

Well in the NFL isn't there a head coach and an assistant head coach? I think they should have one SA and one admin

I agree with you finsfan4life because the more opinions we have the better.  But, I think 1team 1 vote.  The truth is that working as a bigger unit together we can attract more fans.  Plus, if it comes down to kicking me or el_oso out, I´m walking and it´s easier for me to help if I´m inside the hq.  I suggest the other big teams to eventually have 1 other dedicated admin come in and help too.  As long as there is 1 team 1 vote it won´t cause power struggles between us.

I agree with the 1 vote per team but I also think that they should also only have 1 Super admin and one admin.

And they'll  make the decision together. If they can't agree they play 1 chess game to decide

Ok guys.  I guess to get the ball rolling with 1 member 1 team thing I will send a letter to the members who happen to be on more than 1 team.  From now on we need to check that the members understand the rule and follow it with a consequence of being banned from the league if they are deliberately breaking the rule.  If anyone has an objection comment on it.

Ok.  The first member (drakesmann) to have the 1 team 1 member rule applied has decided to stick with the Packers.  The Steelers, Patriots, and Dolfans will all lose him as a member.  I guess he´s a cheesehead above all others.  If you find others on more than 1 team send them a message.
