I think that each team should have a minimum of 11 players,, Just like a football team ,, and challeges can be made team to team at that time,,

So guys, what do you all think about the new overtime rules established for the playoffs? And do you think they will make it for the regular season too? Also, I`d like to welcome the Arizona Cardinals Group to the league. We haven`t been to active really, but maybe we will get everything set up by the regular season start. Keep expanding your groups.

Hey there headcoaches! We probably all imagined this scenario and have formed an opinion. I think this should be our first league vote. The problem is this. I sent a letter to a member i have bumped into a few times recently in my football movements. He is a young member and doesn´t have any bad intentions i´m sure. But, do we ask him to choose one team or allow members to be on more than one team. Here is the original message and response I received. I haven´t responded and would like to know if we need to have a set rule. He is actually on 3 of our teams right now. Do you guys think we should take a vote? Should a member only be given the chance to be on one team as a diehard fan? From: drakesdmanTo: pawnsprayerDate: Apr 24, 2009 @ 3:15pmSubject: Re: is your team on the list? Im in the packers and patriots. :)----------------------------------------------------------------------Original Message by pawnsprayer on 4/24/2009 @ 7:12am: Hi there! I see that you´re a american football fan. If you want to join the football/chess league but your favorite team hasn´t been made yet you can be put on our list of fans waiting for a future team. Everyday teams are being added and we are looking for diehard fans to fill them up. I think we should develop a schedule to organize who's facing who like they do in the NFL. I think we should vote on it and then decide who's facing who on the schedule if it's a majority vote

Ok coaches. I think that we have agreed for the most part that when it comes to making the rules of the league majority vote wins. This forum can be the site for the rules that have been established and the ones that need to be voted on. Official Rules 1. 1 member 1 team: Members can only be on 1 team. If a member is on 2 or more teams then they will be notified of the rule and be asked which team they perfer to represent. If a member understands the rule and continues to break it they are subject to a league ban. Pending rules 1. 1 vote 1 team: How many coaches per team can be in the NFL HQ and does a team only get 1 vote per team. It has been suggested that we have 1 coach and 1 optional assistant coach per team to be able to help out with the responsibilities, but that the team will still only get 1 vote. I personally think this is a good option because some coaches are very busy and having another guy sharing the workload won´t become too taxing and the team doesn´t have to rely on just their 1 coach to make the necessary moves and decisions. Plus the more people we have coaching and expressing their opinions and ideas the more minds we have to make this a successful project.
We should decide on a couple of things real soon. I think these are topics we need to discuss and vote on. 1. Does majority votes pass a rule or do we have to wait for everyone´s vote. This is kind of important because a match is about to start between the dolfans and the 49er´s and one of the dolfans is also a steeler, packer, and patriot. The funny thing is that when we were setting up da Bears I invited him. I guess he´s not a Bears fan. haha 2. Some of the team´s have more than 1 admin representing them(dolfans, bears). Do we have 1 vote per admin or 1 vote per team. I personally think that it shouldn´t matter how many admins there are in the hq. The more we have the easier and it will be, but I think to avoid future problems maybe 1 team 1 vote. What do you guys think about these 2 things?
