I usually don't put lights up until the first week or two of December, and I don't go full out with tons of inflatables and stuff.

Since we get a live tree to celebrate Christmas, we wait until the 3rd week of December to get it and put it up.

Now that Thanksgiving is done in my area, there are many people who already have decked their houses out with arrays of lights and inflatables to celebrate Christmas which is over a month away. What do you think about decorating for the winter holidays?
When do you think the right time to start is? Do you decorate, and if so what do you do?
