Defect #1:

•   Desc: App fails to start if user has more than 20 active, standard games

•   Desc: If more than 5 active games, user cannot return to home screen

•   Desc: HTC HD2 phones have unused portion of screen appearing as black band at bottom.

•   Desc: User can't enter moves for "no vacation tourneys" when they're on vacation.

•   Desc: Pawn promotion which places opponent in check not working

Defect #4(?):

• Desc: When the chess.com online settings are changed to 'vacation', and a 'no vacation game / tournament' is being played, no move played on the app gets submitted after hitting 'submit'.

Defect #5(?):

• I queened my pawn in roughly the 70th move of a game, then the following move I checked the opponent's King with the new queen. However, the king has moved out of check in his next move, but my queen is not on the board and the pawn is on the square where the queening took place.

re defect#5, ouch!! If there was any single feature of the app that I'd have expected to be rock solid, it was pawn promotion. [edit: err, so much for that - defect found and resolved. Let me know if you'd like a patch or if you're happy to wait until the next release]

Who was your opponent (or what was the game#) for that game?

Thanks for reporting defect#4, sounds like an API problem, but I'll follow it up.
