Deleting a forum topic without knowing it

Deleting a forum topic without knowing it? Well, it happened to me twice in the last month to erase a forum topic that I had created. I'm not sure this club is the right place for these questions. If not, tell me.

1. The first time it happened on my phone while I just wanted to edit the title of the topic. I was not asked if I really wanted to delete the whole thing ... Too late.
2. The 2nd time arrived today on my computer while I just wanted to lighten up by deleting my 1st post since I updated the same info in the following posts. Rather than just deleting this post, the topic has disappeared. Again, I was not asked if that was what I wanted to do.

So, it is possible that there is a bug at this level. Of course I may have made a mistake, but 2 times in the same month would surprise me a bit.

It had  about 10 posts.

Was this in your own club? Member can't normally delete their own topics in open forums. 

Yes it was in a club where I am SA.
