Leagues are already on the beta Android app, though it just loads the webpage.
According to a recent State of Chess.com video, it was mentioned that multiple premoves on the app aren't technically possible.

We can multiple by placing premoving on other pieces, actually.

If there is no plan to add multiple premove, because there was forum such earlier as well, then is it so?
Players who has similar net speed does multiple premove in the last which causes our premoves to lag. It can be easily counter by our multiple premoves.
