Chara’s rage: This item when used on yourself, make you stronger with certain weapons and weak with other weapons that Chara would find useful. Google’s could find invisible people, flashlights become useless. A katana might be faster, but a bow and arrow would be slower. Some variation of this could be this item
Monopoly’s cheater’s edition: This item when used has an effect of cheatness on anyone for a few actions. This potion makes that person want to cheat and if they don’t, they will be forced against their will. This effect is NOT stated on the main thread. If they do enough things, they might get handed a good item back.

Slammer Sledgehammer- Sledgehammer that sends shockwaves out whenever it hits something.
Berserker Helmet- When worn, consecutive hits become stronger.
Last Stand- You are stronger and faster the more hurt you are.
First Strikes- You deal more damage to healthier people.

Can't be strong and fast if you can't move, sadly.
CN’s Kamikaze: This item makes a player of your choice effectively blind for a few action, but a storm appears above their location. If used on a person inside a building, no storm will be placed above them, but they will still be blinded for a few actions (like 3?). Has one use.
